In this smoothie:
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 small orange [I suggest using orange juice/orange juice concentrate instead]
- 1 cup of Trader Joe's Strawberry Soy Yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of Freeda Ultramino Protein Powder
- 2 dropperfuls of Bioray Loving Energy Tonic
- ~6 ice cubes
- enough "milk" to make this 32 oz (about one cup?); I used Trader Joe's Original Almondmilk
